To make a one off payment click on the Ad Hoc Payments tab.
- Direct Debit payments: Please note to make a one off Direct Debit you must first save your bank account details to be able to setup an Auto Pay for the first time. Follow the instructions under the “Manage Payments” section to learn how to save your bank account/credit card details.
- Once you have saved your bank account, navigate back to the Ad Hoc Payments tab and follow the prompts to make your one-off payment.
- Credit Card payments: Click on the Ad-hoc payments tab and select Credit Card payment from the “Payment type” drop down. Complete the rest of the details and then click submit. You can choose to pay now or at a later date. If it is your first time paying by credit card, select “New Credit Card” and “Save card for reuse” then click proceed. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details in the next window.
- Note that surcharges apply for Credit Card payments. You will be promoted to review the total amount including surcharge. Click proceed to continue with the transaction.
